Our Fundable Priorities

Operational Vitality: Empowering Change

We aim to strengthen our operational vitality, ensuring that each of our locations remains a place of progress and self-empowerment. To achieve this, we are seeking to raise funds over the campaign period. With your generous contributions, we can allocate resources to each location, enabling us to harness our collective impact and enhance our programs that directly uplift those in need. Campus Expansion & Program Growth: Enriching Communities

We are determined to expand our reach and enrich the lives of even more individuals. The Victory Project envisions growth the establishment of additional campuses and the creation of a girls’ division through 2026. We are seeking funding to build these future programs. Your contribution to Campus Expansion & Program Growth will enable us to create safe havens of self-awareness, self-sufficiency, and selfless service.

Victory Project | High School Campus

Our West Dayton Victory Project campus opened in January 2024 thanks to the generously gifted building worth $500K in 2023. We completed $875K worth of improvements before opening. Our new campus:

  • Has the capacity to serve 40 students
  • Has 4 new staff
  • Requires additional tutors and meal prep
  • Focuses on high school/middle school strategy
  • VIPs focus is in woodworking

2026 Girls’ Campus Goals

Build upon VP’s Alternative to the Streets Model

Develop curriculum for Girls’ Campus

Identify staffing for unique new programming

Develop training model & “playbook” for VP replication
