Victory Project offers young women in Dayton, Ohio an alternative to the streets. Operating off of donations alone, Victory Project serves its students 6-days a week year-round and is free to join.

A Week at Victory Project
Every day holds something new for our students. On Mondays, we host dinner, Tuesdays are for tutoring, and Wednesdays are for bible study and general meetings. On Thursdays, the girls can choose from a variety of special classes, study hall, or acts of kindness, and Friday is an open night to relax and hangout. Once the weekend begins, VP students are called to work at 7:45 on Saturday if they’re eligible, and on Sunday the young women are encouraged to worship at their local church or parish.

No, Victory Project Girls Division does not provide transportation.
“Leading Ladies” is a series of courses that emphasize the importance of healthy femininity – understanding your value, what it means to be a lady, the difference between women and girls, how to have healthy relationships with peers, etiquette, ballroom dancing, fashion and hygiene, and how a gentleman should treat a woman.
Victory Improvement Projects, LLC houses our micro business operating under the umbrella of the Victory Project Inc. We will offer our students the opportunity to gain work experience and earn real money through residential and commercial cleaning.
Our scope of services encompasses full residential home cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, etc.) and commercial business cleanings (bathrooms, office spaces, sweeping, mopping, etc.).
Rest assured, our business is fully insured, and our student workers receive comprehensive training and supervision from qualified adult staff.
A disengaged youth is someone who is not playing sports, does not have a job, nor participates in other extracurricular activities. A disengaged youth, either after school or when school is out, typically goes home to an isolated home or community and is the most likely type of youth to get caught up in self-destructive behaviors.
Our program will initially serve 12 young women, ages 12-14.
